5.3 Financial Security

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus making the balance ৳2,200 — this bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000).

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• The required minimum deposit condition must be met before claiming a bonus.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement on that bonus is completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only — completing wagering requirements as a group is prohibited.

6.3 Promotion Abuse

Attempting to abuse the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts or completing wagering requirements in a coordinated manner — will be treated as a serious violation and may result in account closure.

7.1 Finality of Bets

If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake for the relevant bet will be returned to the user's account. For multi-bets, the result will be settled at the combined odds of the remaining selections, excluding the cancelled event.

7.4 Scores and Results

mcw interview uses reliable and recognised sources to determine results. If no objection is raised within 72 hours of a result being announced, it will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mcw interview platform to maintain its security and fairness:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other artificial means to place bets or play games.
• Unauthorised attempts to access the platform's systems or software.
• Acting in a coordinated manner with the intent to deceive other users.
• Coordinating with third parties with the intent to dishonestly exploit the bonus system.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.

mcw interview reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false information at registration or failing identity verification.
• Involvement in fraudulent activities or other prohibited conduct.
• When required to comply with instructions from legal authorities.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their own account, they can contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be given before the account is closed, however bonus balances will be cancelled if there are incomplete wagering requirements.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

• In the case of any technical fault on the platform, mcw interview's maximum liability will be to return the original stake of the relevant bet.

• If a user's account credentials fall into someone else's hands, the resulting loss is the responsibility of the account holder.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a user does not agree to the changes, they have the right to close their account.
